I’ve been a chocolatier for more than forty-five years, and crafting something unforgettable with my hands has always been my happy place. But after the passing of my dad, my uncle, and my mum — in that order from 2017 to 2020 — I was completely lost. They were the pillars of my life, and the grief was so heavy I wasn’t sure I could go on.

Through prayer, meditation, and divine guidance, I began to rise again, slowly, gently; with a new sense of love, kindness, and purpose.

That spiritual transformation became the heartbeat of

La Baie De Chocolat. I discovered that life holds far more magic than meets the eye, and now I infuse that magic into everything I create. From strawberries jeweled in rich chocolate to pretzels twisted with elegance and playfulness, and the mother of them all, Velah Sacred Truffles. Each creation born from devotion, artistry, and sacred intention.
